INTEKMA RESORT,chef practical

after one month and five days
(21 Jan - 26 Feb 2013)
I have done my practical
smoothly and happily

The facilities were so great.
The human resource manager also was so kind and taking care of us gently.
We are provided transportation, staff meal and the most important is the allowance.

in the Intekma's van

we learn a lot here,
all about the kitchen life,,,
from the small to the harden thing
and its fun despite being so tired because working for more than 9 hours a day.
its good for students like us who want to learn and explore the hotel industry.

even-though  just a very short moment to explore,,,
with the experiences and knowledge,
from what we learn and witness
we hoped that it were being very valuable much 
to our future.

A friendship can weather most things and thrive in thin soil,,,but it needs a little mulch of letters and phone calls and small, silly presents every so often......just to save it from drying out completely.

''What I've enjoyed most, though, is meeting people who have a real interest in food and sharing ideas with them. Good food is a global thing and I find that there is always something new and amazing to learn,I love it!''
